Marketing Manager "> The Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for the development and implementation of the bank's marketing strategies, including branding, social media, digital presence, website, marketing materials, and public relations activities. This position requires managing all personnel in the marketing department, handling sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, discretion, judgment, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: "> "> • Manage the marketing department, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations;"> • Develop and maintain collateral materials, including advertisements, flyers, brochures, etc., to ensure consistency of brand;"> • Coordinate the appearance of all bank print and electronic materials, such as letterhead, logo, brochures, flyers, etc., for consistent branding;"> • Update content on the bank's website, internet marketing, and social media, including branding, social media incorporation, all content and copy accuracy for bank and community levels;"> • Define the most important social media KPls and measure the success of social media and digital marketing initiatives;"> • Incorporate CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) opportunities into the bank's marketing strategies;"> • Assist branches in marketing, communications, and positioning of their products, services, and activities;"> • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for outside vendors and internal management members related to advertising and media;"> • Stay informed of developments in marketing, communications, and public relations to help the bank operate with initiative and innovation;"> • Work with senior management, branch staff, and others to develop and maintain a strategic perspective based on marketplace, bank direction, and programs and services. Requirements: "> "> • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience;"> • Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital communications/marketing experience required (including social media, website, online communication design/development, copywriting);"> • Highly proficient in social media outlets, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram;"> • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required;"> • Proficiency in Adobe Design Standard Software and other technical software;"> • Strong project management skills, well-organized, with an excellent eye for detail;"> • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision;"> • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment to successfully meet deadlines;"> • Ability to travel to various locations.
