Head of Global Regulatory Advertising & Promotion

This senior leader will oversee the global regulatory strategy for advertising and promotion across marketed products, serving as a key member of the extended Regulatory Leadership Team. The role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for promotional compliance while enabling commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the global Regulatory Ad/Promo team (6+ direct reports).
Own and evolve the Global Material Review process and governance framework.
Provide strategic regulatory guidance on promotional, medical, and corporate communications.
Serve as the primary regulatory interface with FDA OPDP/APLB, including submissions and inquiries.
Partner crossfunctionally with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Assess and mitigate regulatory risk while supporting business objectives.
Drive SOP development, process optimization, and regulatory training initiatives.
Qualifications BS in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree or JD preferred.
15+ years in pharma, including 5+ years of Regulatory Advertising & Promotion leadership.
Deep expertise in FDA Ad/Promo regulations and OPDP/APLB engagement.
Experience in rare disease, hematology, or oncology preferred.
Strong leadership, influencing, and riskassessment capabilities.
Pay Details: $260,000.00 to $290,000.00 per year
