We're hiring one person to own our entire Google Ads engine: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, etc and scale it without breaking the unit economics.

This is for you if you run a $150K+/month account today and own the plan to take it past $300K/month. You report to the founder directly: no agency layer, no account manager telling you to "wait for the data," no committee.

We're Black Forest Supplements, a bootstrapped DTC supplement brand out of Brickell, Miami, $25M in revenue last year, projecting $50M+ this year. Paid search is one of the engines getting us there, and we want a top tier operator holding he wheel.

We'll be straight with you: we're a small team moving fast, and the account has rough edges a great operator will want to fix on day one. That's the job. Not babysitting something already perfect. this is a DTC eCommerce seat, not B2B, not lead-gen, not agency portfolio.
