Job Description We are looking for a highly strategic and innovative Head of Growth with direct experience driving profitable customer acquisition to scale an eComm business, ideally at a bootstrapped company. You will lead and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel strategy for creative development, creative testing, media buying, conversion optimization, performance measurement and streamlining processes to scale marketing efficiency, with emphasis on META. Rigorous creative testing methodology and experience managing in-house performance creative team. Strong leadership skills, managing and motivating a talented team of paid social marketers and cross functional experts. Passion for wellness and beauty is a plus.
