OverviewOne Red Chair is a practical learning platform focused on helping people build useful skills through clear, actionable guides and courses.We are looking for a growth-minded leader who can help bring the platform to the right audiences, build traction, and turn early momentum into a repeatable growth engine.Role Overview One Red Chair is hiring a Head of Growth to help lead customer acquisition, audience development, partnerships, and revenue growth.This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, test ideas, and use data to make smart decisions. The right person will be comfortable working in an early-stage environment where growth depends on focus, creativity, resourcefulness, and consistent execution.The ideal person is also an avid learner — someone who is naturally curious, enjoys building new skills, and understands why practical education matters. This role is a strong fit for someone who believes learning should be useful, accessible, and connected to real-world progress.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build awareness, improve conversion, identify strong customer segments, and create practical growth systems without needing a large team or heavy infrastructure already in place.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies that support user acquisition, revenue, and brand awareness.Identify and test the strongest customer segments, channels, and messaging opportunities.Improve positioning, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths.Plan and run growth experiments across content, email, social, partnerships, referrals, and other acquisition channels.Track performance data and turn insights into clear next steps.Support marketing campaigns that help introduce One Red Chair to new audiences.Help build repeatable systems for attracting learners, subscribers, instructors, and partners.Work directly with the founder on growth priorities, strategy, testing, and execution.Explore partnership and business development opportunities that align with the company’s goals.Stay focused on practical, measurable growth instead of vanity metrics.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.You should be able to look at a business, understand the audience, shape a clear growth plan, and then help execute it. You should be comfortable testing ideas, measuring results, and adjusting quickly based on what is actually working.You should also care about learning.
