3D Digital, a Jacksonville-based digital marketing and creative agency serving clients in your local community and beyond, is recruiting for a Head of Growth Marketing; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search. Must Haves • 4+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or full-funnel strategy • Deep expertise in paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and/or social media (bonus points if you can flex across all 4) • A love for data analytics- you use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Triplewhale naturally • Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution; you don’t just point the direction — you build the roadmap • A love for experimentation — you’re obsessed with improving creative, process, and performance • Excellent communication and leadership skills; you make clients and teams feel confident, aligned, and inspired • Proactive approach to problem solving with an eye for process improvement and workflow optimization • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining high standards of quality • A creative eye with a passion for storytelling and visual analytics • High school diploma Peoplr is committed to providing equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities.
