Role Description
As the Head of Information Technology at Exchange Media, you will oversee all IT functions and ensure smooth and secure IT operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, encompasses developing and executing IT strategies, managing infrastructure, and optimizing IT processes to align with business objectives. You will lead the IT team, coordinate systems support, manage technology budgets, and implement best practices for ongoing digital transformation.
Qualifications

Experience in Information Technology, including managing complex IT systems and networks.
Strong skills in IT Management and IT Operations to oversee daily IT-related activities and ensure efficient service delivery.
Proficiency in developing and implementing IT Strategy to align technological capabilities with business goals.
Expertise in Infrastructure management, including cloud services, servers, and cybersecurity protocols.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide IT staff.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Experience in the Marketing & Advertising sector is a plus but not required.
