Head of Marketing

Our client in the Nashville area is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. This Head of Marketing opportunity is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid schedule that may require occasional travel. Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies • Establishing the marketing function as a strong sales tool to increase lead generation • Building and mentoring a marketing department • Leading the ideation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns • Overseeing an annual marketing budget • Assisting with/advising on how to best pitch to clients • Leveraging market insights and consumer trends to maximize impact • Utilizing advanced metrics and tracing tools to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing initiatives • Collaborating with clients to assist in event marketing solutions and revenue-generating ideas • Ensuring alignment of messaging and maximizing audience engagement • Being a subject matter expert in the industry Qualifications: • 10+ years of diverse marketing experience with a proven track record in successful campaign creation • Experience growing a business nationally or globally preferred • Experience with ClickUp is ideal • Experience working in a startup or a high-growth organization is ideal • Someone that thinks outside of the box, is hungry to succeed, possess strong creativity, and has an entrepreneurial spirit would be a match for their culture • Experiential marketing experience is a plus • Must have strong experience in website and social media management and optimization • Bachelor's degree ideal, master's would be a plus
