About the Role Joining the team in a stage of rapid growth, you’ll own 360-degree Marketing strategy and execution at Marin. This role is as tactical as it is strategic; on a daily basis you’ll be hands-on across the board, everywhere from content creation and analyzing cohort LTV data, to retention funnel improvements and managing key dates of a new launch, while building towards the big picture - honing channel expansion strategy, architecting the marketing P&L, carrying the torch on a breakthrough product development initiative, coaching a team of marketing leaders, and leading the brand across all functions - from site to social to shelf. About You You are THE unicorn marketer that’s ready to build the next big thing - you have a keen creative eye that thinks as much in brand strategy and creative as you do in numbers and metrics, are a sharp analytical thinker that can translate trends and art into actionable strategies, and a strong, empathetic people leader that challenges others to become their best selves while fostering a fun, ego-less environment where failing, learning, and growing is key. Work with the Founders, CEO and Leadership team to co-develop and execute strategies across the entire business and be accountable for growth verticals including Paid Media, Email, SMS, Subscription, Loyalty, Creator Partnerships, Affiliate, PR, Omnichannel Expansion and facilitate Product Expansion & GTM. 7-10+ years leading Brand, Social, Content and Design teams, able to nurture and grow a team of world-class creatives.
