We produce all of our printed apparel in our Main facility in Michigan & with 172,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 300+ employees. This candidate oversees a company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. ~Work alongside the marketing and Exec team to develop and maintain brand image and messaging that will be implemented in all aspects of UGP marketing and collateral, both digital and otherwise. ~Develop and manage marketing plans for new and existing products based on a deep understanding of marketing, media and production principles to drive the highest possible return on investment through interest and sales. Requirements ~Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or Business; or 7-10 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions ~Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, in building buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on "getting it done" in a fast-moving, technical environment.
