About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to join their team. This role is pivotal in setting the marketing strategy, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns across various channels. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for bringing the fractional CMO function in-house, making it essential to have a clear ability to translate strategy into action and to work closely with the sales team to achieve common goals. As the Head of Marketing, the primary responsibilities will include owning the marketing strategy, leading and developing the marketing team, and ensuring strong execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
