Head of Marketing The ideal candidate will serve as the lead marketing executive. The Role: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and goals • Develop and implement budgets across all marketing activities to hit KPIs • Develop marketing strategies for Australia, the USA and international markets as our biggest customer base is the USA • Plan, manage and execute all end-to-end marketing activities in line with budgets, schedules and sales volumes • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across all channels: Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Affiliate, Influencer, PR, Events, Content, Etc. to hit targets and grow sales growth • Develop 360 launch campaigns and manage from start to finish • Develop and create innovative online offerings, delivery of content methods & testing to drive online sales and enhance profitability • Manage and execute our content creation program to ensure industry leading, on-trend and effective digital content for usability across all of our online channels • Develop and execute strong social media, EDM, and SEO optimization strategies • Create and execute compelling marketing tactics to continuously grow our customer database • Continuously perform market research to analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitors to stay relevant in our market • Work hand in hand with our in-house digital marketing team and content team to ensure we are hitting KPIs and optimizing sales through digital platforms • Collaborate within the broader team to ensure synergies across the business • Effectively build, manage and inspire a high-performing, optimized marketing team Your Qualifications: • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role ideally for a fashion brand • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as Meta ads, Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEO • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams • Strategic mindset to competitively position the brand within the market • Deep comprehension of customer behaviors and preferences • Capability to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies comprehensively • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors • Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projects • Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
