Head of Marketing and Advertising

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Supervisor will supervise all functions of Special Events and Promotions, focusing on providing the highest level of service to casino players. Major responsibilities include overseeing daily Events/Promotions execution, hiring, training and evaluating staff, handling complaints and discipline, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with departmental and company‑wide policies and regulatory requirements. Assist Marketing Manager in monthly departmental financial reviews. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
