You'll partner with leadership to improve marketing ROI, analyze campaign performance, manage external marketing vendors, and deliver strategic recommendations that directly impact business growth. Create and manage branded marketing materials, promotional merchandise, company swag, and event collateral that strengthen brand awareness and support recruitment campaigns.
