Head of Marketing and Advertising

Position Summary The Marketing Manager at HORAN Wealth is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of all firm-sponsored events and marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and executing fully integrated event programs across marketing channels. The Marketing & Events Manager oversees the full lifecycle of events—from concept through post-event evaluation—including large-scale corporate events, smaller client or prospect events, sponsorship activations, and special initiatives. This position works cross-functionally with firm leadership, public relations, sales, and service teams to ensure all events and marketing programs align with HORAN Wealth’s strategic goals and brand standards. Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
