Head of Marketing and Advertising

Job Summary We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a field-based position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions, while complying with state and CMS rules and regulations across multiple levels of care. You will also oversee the marketing and strategy team, including recruitment, team development, and retention, and provide marketing leadership, education, training, coaching, and support to your team. A successful candidate will have a strong background in client services and relationship management, and experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment.
