Do you love creating engaging content, building brands, and turning social media attention into real business growth?

Our innovative video capture system allows athletes to simply press a button after completing a “highlight” tumbling pass, instantly creating a professionally branded video highlight that is automatically texted to their parents. It's a game-changing experience for athletes, parents, and gym owners, providing instant feedback, unforgettable memories, and a powerful marketing tool for gyms.

In just our first month since launching, more than 100 cheerleading gyms have already expressed interest in bringing Hit Zero Highlights to their facilities. We're an early-stage company with tremendous growth potential, a proven level of initial market interest, and an ambitious vision to bring our technology to cheerleading and gymnastics facilities nationwide. We're looking for talented, creative, and driven people who want to get in on the ground floor and help build something big.

Social Media & Content Creation
Own and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create scroll-stopping content, including Reels, short-form videos, graphics, testimonials, and product demonstrations.
Develop creative campaigns that generate excitement and engagement among gym owners, coaches, and athletes.
Manage our social media content calendar, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Identify trends and creative opportunities to make our brand stand out.
Turn real athlete highlights and customer success stories into compelling marketing content.

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
Build and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Test new marketing channels and strategies to expand our reach.
Track lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
Work closely with leadership to turn marketing opportunities into new customers.

Email Marketing & Automation
Build and manage email marketing campaigns targeting gym owners and decision-makers.
Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls to action.
Brand Development & Marketing Strategy
Help establish Hit Zero Highlights as a must-have technology for cheerleading and gymnastics gyms.
Develop creative campaigns around product benefits, testimonials, and customer success stories.
Collaborate directly with company leadership on marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing, understands what makes content go viral, and knows how to convert an audience into customers.

Proven experience growing brands through social media.
Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for design, video, and storytelling.
Strong skills in Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising and lead generation.
Experience building and managing effective email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing/CRM platforms.
A solid understanding of marketing analytics, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
A passion for growing an exciting brand from the ground up.

Experience marketing technology products, SaaS solutions, or B2B services is a plus. Building an engaged social media audience.
Developing effective email campaigns that convert prospects into customers.
Helping establish Hit Zero Highlights as a recognized national brand.
