Marketing and Product Management (Expert), Strategic vision (Advanced), Customer insight (Expert), Data analysis & A/B testing (Advanced), Go-to-Market Launch (Proficient) Contract Type: W2 Pay Range:$65 - $70 Per Hour #We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will contribute to the development of the go to market plan, working with our partners in design, product, analytics, customer success and research in a highly collaborative and influential role. Develop clear messaging and creative briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe all the way from advertising to on site and through the product experience. Evaluate creative execution and provide constructive feedback to design teams in both advertising and through the end-to-end customer experience Own the business outcomes for your specific marketing programs, connect them to overall business performance Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes 6+ years professional experience in marketing or product management Solid written and verbal skills to communicate program objectives, recommendations, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with strong ability to manage ambiguity; Strong data analysis skills, with experience in hypothesis driven testing, test result analysis and making recommendation Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
