This position plays a key role in defining and promoting the York Revolution brand, including overseeing all graphic and creative design. The York Revolution is seeking a skilled Marketing Leader for the position of Director of Marketing. Create and execute the external marketing plan , including Revolution individual, season and group ticket sales, special events, and merchandise. Serve as producer of “the show” at baseball games , including managing game production personnel during events at WellSpan Park. Creative storyteller with a strong eye for brand, design, and visual content Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel advertising campaigns Natural leader who can motivate marketing staff, interns, and game-day production teams Highly organized collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, game-day environment Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing or willing to accept experience in lieu of degree.
