Head of Marketing and Advertising

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and position our firm as a leader in the construction industry. You will collaborate closely with the business development team to create compelling marketing campaigns, manage our online presence, work the operations team to provide project collateral support, and craft content that showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design marketing plans and strategies that align with the firm’s Strategic Planning objectives. Project Site Experience: Develop and manage a consistent project site aesthetic for signage, fencing, staging, housekeeping and project offices to create a constant project site experience for all stakeholders. Project & Team Portfolios: Develop detailed portfolios of past projects, highlighting key accomplishments, budget management, timelines, and client satisfaction.
