Head of Marketing and Advertising

Basic Purpose The primary responsibility of the Marketing Director IL is to lead the Independent Living advertising, marketing and sales efforts for Lambeth House. In addition to administrative duties as listed, the objective of this position is to meet or exceed all sales goals as established by BSI, Inc. Major Duties & Responsibilities General administrative and sales duties Independent Living Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that increase/maintain overall census and revenue growth. Consistent communication of upcoming move-ins, vacancies, and reservations with fellow marketing directors and officers. Coordinates move-in arrangements and follow-up. with new resident.
