Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the remote Founding Head of Marketing and Sales will manage the sales process from initial conversations to signed contracts while building and executing the internal marketing strategy for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms. Key responsibilities Conduct introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and handle contract negotiations Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies, including content creation and brand positioning Create and maintain marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies to elevate the company brand and attract larger clients Required qualifications 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management and deal tracking Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
