As the Head of Marketing & Commercial Growth for Moxie Apparel, Inc. (moxiescrubs.com), the first lifestyle brand for nurses, you will lead our social media, branding, public relations, and partnership initiatives. Location: Hybrid-Remote, Somerville, MA/New England Here at Moxie Apparel, Inc., we’re disrupting the medical apparel market as the first consumer lifestyle brand for nurses. You are experienced with prospecting, cultivating, and building productive, revenue-generating relationships with partners, customer organizations, and professional associations. The perfect candidate will help drive revenue through social media and other initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and implementing digital campaigns that fueled the growth of revenue and brand awareness Start-up or high-growth company experience Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity Proficiency with online marketing and social media technologies and strategies Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, Hubspot preferred Predisposition toward taking action, measuring results, learning, repeat Positive, encouraging, and nurturing team player PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s degree / MBA is a plus Willingness and ability to travel regionally in the Northeast US Established press and media contacts COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary plus stock options
