Head of Marketing Management

About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can both lead strategy and execute at a high level . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals

Drive cross-selling between records management and shredding services

Evaluate and implement new marketing channels, tools, and growth opportunities

Campaign Execution & Performance Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email

Execute local initiatives including trade shows, events, and sponsorships

Track performance and continuously improve ROI

Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to improve campaign performance, content creation, and operational efficiency

Identify ways to use AI to automate processes, enhance targeting, and scale marketing output

Brand & Content Maintain consistent branding across service lines and subsidiaries

Oversee content development across digital, print, and in-market channels

Partner with sales to align on lead quality and conversion

Manage and collaborate with external agencies and vendors

Support field marketing efforts and on-site event execution

Growth in residential shredding customer acquisition

Consistent pipeline generation from events and market presence

Tools & Systems Working knowledge of AI tools and effective prompting for marketing applications

Qualifications Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing channels

Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience using AI tools and applying prompting techniques to drive marketing performance

On-site in Stockton, CA

Regular travel to Fresno, Sacramento, and Reno markets

Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events
