Head of Marketing Management

AnderCorp is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, branding, community engagement, and business development support initiatives. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting project pursuits, strengthening community relationships, and showcasing the people, projects, and culture that make AnderCorp exceptional.

Community Engagement & Sponsorship Management

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, industry associations, and local partners

Manage sponsorship deliverables, event participation, branding, and ROI tracking

Represent AnderCorp at community, networking, and industry events

Partner with project managers, estimators, and company leadership to gather content and project information

Maintain proposal templates, project portfolios, and team resumes

Assist with interview presentations and pursuit materials

Branding, Graphic Design & Content Creation

Maintain and strengthen AnderCorp's brand identity across all platforms

Design marketing collateral including brochures, project sheets, presentations, and promotional materials

Develop compelling content that highlights projects, company culture, people, and expertise

Ensure consistency in visual and written communications

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content

Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics to optimize results

Update and maintain website content and digital assets

Photography & Visual Asset Management

Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and company initiatives

Manage and organize the company photo and video library

Collaborate with project teams to capture project milestones and success stories

Ensure high-quality visual documentation for marketing and business development efforts

Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and industry functions

Organize participation in community outreach programs and charitable initiatives

Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and promotional materials

Merchandise & Promotional Materials

Develop and manage company-branded merchandise and promotional items

Ensure all branded materials reflect company standards and marketing objectives

A creative storyteller with a strong eye for design and branding

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Skilled at building relationships both internally and externally

Passionate about creating meaningful connections within the community and industry

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field required

5-7+ years of marketing experience

Strong project management and organizational skills

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software

Experience developing proposals and pursuit materials highly preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Marketing experience working for a general contractor, construction manager, architecture firm, engineering firm, commercial real estate developer, or related industry a plus

Familiarity with construction project pursuits, proposal development (RFP/RFQ), and industry marketing best practices

Experience showcasing project portfolios, jobsite photography, and construction-related content
