Who We AreThe Solana Foundation is a non‑profit based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, campaigns, and content that drive engagement, grow our online community, and amplify the Solana ecosystem on a global stage.What You’ll DoLead owned media strategy — Design and execute a holistic content and channel strategy across X, Linked In, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, and emerging platforms, aligned with the Foundation’s mission and objectives.Be the point of contact — Act as the lead for social and owned media in Foundation campaigns, ecosystem launches, and partner announcements.Create and commission content — Collaborate with internal teams, ecosystem contributors, and external creatives to produce high‑impact content such as threads, explainers, video, blog posts, and newsletters.Elevate Solana’s narrative — Partner with comms, product marketing, and internal stakeholders to shape messaging frameworks and editorial content. Define KPIs, build dashboards, and apply insights to continuously improve performance.Stay ahead of trends — Monitor emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to keep Solana at the forefront of social media.Leverage paid and partnerships — Occasionally manage paid social ads and creator/influencer collaborations, optimizing for maximum ROI.What We’re Looking ForProven content leadership — 3+ years of experience executing across multiple channels in social, content, or digital marketing, ideally in a high‑growth or high‑visibility environment.Crypto‑native curiosity — You’re chronically online (by choice), with strong taste and awareness of cryptotwitter (CT), tech, finance, and media trends.Breadth and depth — Comfortable context‑switching between institutional content, community memes, and everything in between.Multi‑channel mastery — Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices, including X, Linked In, Instagram, and emerging channels.Excellent communication skills — Strong written and verbal ability with a flair for storytelling.Strategic mindset — Ability to develop and execute comprehensive social strategies.Analytical skills — Comfortable interpreting data and applying insights to optimize performance.Collaborative leadership — Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, BD, technical teams, partners, and external freelancers/agencies.Solana native — Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, community, and technology.Comfort with AI tools — Open to leveraging emerging AI tools for content creation and management.Bonus PointsYou are an ex‑founder who scaled and sold a new media company.Experience building and scaling a crypto‑native brand voice on CT and other platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
