This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, processes and systems, overseeing a sales team and marketing team, and driving revenue growth through market research, brand positioning, and sales execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a passion for artisan products and a deep understanding of the gourmet and specialty retail space. • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to manage retail, food service, distributor, and broker partners to drive product placement, promotions, and account growth. Develop data driven sales presentations to close business. • Work closely with PR and media outlets to enhance Beehive Cheese’s brand visibility in the specialty food industry.
