Manage and develop a team of Strategy and Operations professionals to execute on critical ALCS priorities across sales operations, AI tooling, and Ads policy strategy.Drive strategy and change management for ALCS sales operations, including globally aligned pipeline guidance and executive reporting, and scale key sales motions.Partner with Global commercial execution and regional stakeholders to define core behaviors and role accuracy for top-performing sellers, reducing operational friction and enhancing workflow standardization.Set the goal for Americas Ads policy strategy by identifying emergent risks and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate regulatory shifts into actionable business efforts.Direct the ALCS learning agenda and facilitate critical governance forums to secure executive buy-in and align cross-functional teams on strategic priorities.
