You are innovative, results-oriented, and you work backwards from advertiser feedback, user research and call center support cases to identify problem areas and propose inventive solutions that assist advertisers with troubleshooting, completing workflows, and learning key advertising concepts. The Help Content Strategist, will: o Work backwards from Advertisers and user research and partner with product owners to create highly effective online help content. o Improve metrics and content development processes using data analysis.
