We are a design, engineering, and assembly business supporting the semiconductor test industry. We have an established product line supporting United States research & development facilities and offshore volume production facilities. However, our marketing is terrible! We need a new web design, our Google listing is poor, our advertisement in trade magazines needs to be redone; the principles and technical staff have become occupied with large customer R&D; projects, leaving little capacity to develop, implement, and support a proper marketing strategy and inside sales program for repeat business. Some office time is required to develop and build relationships with staff but this position offers location flexibility.
