Job Description As the Human Resources Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations across Centerline Business Services. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset, a strong drive for excellence, and a genuine interest in supporting employees and enhancing HR processes. • Answers routine payroll and benefits questions • Provides support to benefits team (reconciles invoices, completes paperwork, etc). • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating meetings, creating materials, and conducting new hire orientations. • Previous experience with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems to manage employee inquiries.
