JOB DUTIES: Greet and qualifying prospects both in person and on the phone Establish and maintain a prospect pipeline using CRM software such as Knock Provide and apply product knowledge to client needs by communicating the features and benefits of apartment communities and our company as a whole; close the sale. The successful candidate will have/be * A neat, more professional appearance * Have above average verbal skills * A multi-tasker who is committed to high performance, self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to get things done.
