The Role of a Performance-Driven Creative Director You'll collaborate with editors, copywriters, analysts, media buyers, and our 15-person creator outreach team to develop and scale high-performing creative campaigns. Key responsibilities include: • Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and execute TikTok-first creative that scales across paid platforms. • Test & Optimize: Use TikTok to test hooks, offers, and trends before transitioning to paid ads on Meta, YouTube, and Snapchat. • Oversee Production: Work on-set at our TikTok house studio in LA, guiding creators to produce shoppable videos and live content.
