You will have to be willing to learn the ins and outs of our field so that you can operate at an extraordinary level. I have a degree in Marketing which is a part of why I know I need an experienced Marketing professional to take my business to the next level. I would love if you came in with the requisite skills and experience necessary. The growth you would need to do would be growth in terms of your understanding of our field, but beyond that, you would need to have all the internal aptitudes necessary to take a brand, maintain the integrity of it, and drive it forward towards a higher standard of success. This interview will be to see how best you'd be able to think on the spot if given a problem to solve as well as to get to know more about you.
