HIRING NOW: Creative Director

* Drive the creative vision for Insomnia cookies and obsess over the consistent application of our identity at every touch point – retail, digital, mobile, social, promotions and more * Manage and develop a team of graphic designers and content creators, identify future team needs and build out our content studio to support our growing brand * Drive pixel-perfection across all of our mobile/digital/social channels and evolve our consumer experience to align with our imaginative brand vision * Manage creation of campaigns to support the marketing calendar including weekly deals, company-wide promotions, internal requests, special events and other campaigns * Create engaging marketing communications that bring our marketing and messaging strategy to life * Provide guidance on new store designs, signage, architectural features and more * Support the development of presentations for internal/external stakeholders * Champion brand guidelines/standards and best in class design standards * 10 years of experience with an in house design team and/or ad/design agency * Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of artists and content creators * Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources * Proven track record of amazing/award-winning and effective creative campaigns * Nice to have: food/QSR or startup brand experience * BA in Creative design, visual arts, advertising or other relevant field * Expertise in Adobe creative suite, After Effects, animation, photography and video * A love of Insomnia Cookies, a sweet tooth and a sense of humor As we grow our brand and community of Insomniacs, we need a creative visionary to help chart the course for the brand and bring it to life at every touch point. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading a team of graphic designers in creation of all marketing materials for Insomnia cookies. Also, you’ve got to love cookies and the Insomnia brand!
