We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team. Primary Responsibilities • Create energy and excitement around apartments with goal to turn every prospect into valued resident • Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to signing the lease in order to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue growth for the community • Generate new leads by marketing within the community and through created online advertising • Provide a quality service at all times, exercising discretion as it related to confidential resident, property and company information • Foster an on-going positive relationship with residents and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure maximum number of lease renewals Job Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Minimum of one year customer service experience.
