Hiring: Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant Advertising

Location: Bakersfield, CA and surrounding areas

Position Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based Outside Sales

We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative to help promote advertising and marketing services to local restaurants and small businesses in the Bakersfield area.

What You’ll Do:

Visit and connect with local restaurants and business owners
Present advertising opportunities and marketing solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients
Follow up with leads and close new accounts
Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales experience required
Outside sales, advertising, restaurant, or small business sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation:

40% commission on sales
Gas/travel reimbursement provided
No cap on earnings
High earning potential for experienced salespeople
