Hiring Safety & Recruiting Coordinator

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that STARR is hiring the best possible driving force in order to continue to build one of the most respected and safest trucking operations on the road. Experience: • 3 months to 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred • Experience in the transportation industry is preferred and basic knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations to assist with the safety department. • Basic computer skills required. • Experience with Microsoft Office, and applicable company specific applications. Requirements: • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding employee’s history to include employment, medical and driving records.
