Job Type: Part-time to Full-time Industry: Home Care / Healthcare Marketing Location: Local / Hybrid (In-person referral visits required) Compensation & Benefits • W-2 Employee • Base Pay: $1,500 per month • Commission: 6% of collected revenue from new private-pay home care clients • Additional Incentives: Monthly tiered performance bonus structure • Flexible schedule with clear performance expectations Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain referral relationships in home care and senior care • Conduct regular in-person referral visits with senior living and healthcare partners • Respond to and follow up with inbound home care leads (calls, texts, email) • Track marketing activity, referrals, and conversions • Support local outreach and community marketing initiatives • Are you able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week consistently?
