A-S Marketing is contracted to work with public adjusting firms and construction companies to provide sales. We partner with public adjusters who perform the inspections, which ensures we have a great approval rate and makes the job of the sales agent easy. The job of the sales agent is to generate their own leads and to close insurance claims for storm restoration. Every sales representative is also expected to learn a proven sales pitch that is designed to produce daily sales, learn sales rebuttals to overcome sales objections, meet weekly sales goals, have product knowledge, be comfortable sales materials, be honest and respectful to customers, represent ASM to the highest manner, and work to your full potential. All sales associates are required to canvass at least 3 days per week with the sales team.
