Hospice Community Liaison (Marketing)

Our team of professionals has a passion for providing superior, thoughtful care, and works to improve the quality of life for our patients, their loved ones, and caregivers by creating an atmosphere of acceptance and respect for all. • The Marketer develops and maintains relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other health care professionals who utilize hospice services by regularly scheduling and conducting visits to those referral sources in order to assist in identifying those patients who may be appropriate for hospice services thereby increasing the number of clients served by the agency/market. • Builds and monitors community, customer, and payer and patient perceptions of Peaceful Heart Hospice as a high quality provider of services. • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
