Typical hours are Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm or as necessary to meet business demands and flexible with time to accommodate occasional early morning or evening appointments or networking events. Work closely with Catering/Reservation/Front office to ensure all contractual agreements with the customer are met. Attend in-house Meetings, Staff and Food and Beverage Meetings Prepare the annual Sales and Marketing Budget and review on a monthly basis. Standing, walking and climbing are required to perform site tours as well as travel to and from on-site and off-site meetings and sales calls.
