Hotel General Manager

Growing Hotel looking for dynamic and energetic General Manager with proven track record of successful Hotel Management able to increase daily revenue. This is a Wyndham Branded Hotel located in the business district near Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA \- Run all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel as "hands on" Manager \- Staff Scheduling for all departments \- Process payroll \- Achieve highest level of guest satisfaction \- Hiring and training all new staff \- Supervise all departments, including Maintenance, Front Desk, Housekeeping and Sales \- Prepare and Pass QA Inspections \- Process daily, weekly and monthly reports directly for Hotel Owner \- Control spending and expenses/Control ordering of hotel supplies \- Forward all invoices, checks and receipts to main office for accounting purposes \- Sales & Marketing including Internet based promotions and advertising \- Must have MINIMUM of 3-5 years Hotel Management experience \- Branded experience required \- Proven record as successful leader as General Manager showing results of profits in sales and hotel operations \- Full time position and requires General Manager to live on-site \- Email resume with full credentials, experience, salary history along with desired salary
