In this foundational career role as an HR Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting Liaison's HR and business operational facets. Partnering with our VP of HR supporting our creative marketing employee/contractor base, you'll have fun working with a wide variety of people responsible for mix HR functions and many aspects of Liaison operations supporting our clients. Your warm personality and people skills, commitment to customer service, strong desire to serve others, attentiveness to detail, and a great sense of humor will put you in good company with Liaison. - Three to six years of professional experience performing various HR functions with a PHR certification a plus - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field (related, professional experience may substitute on a year for year basis) - Professional experience preferably in staffing, marketing, or advertising type environment - Experience with employee and contractor lifecycles: onboarding/orientation, background checks, contracts, meeting specific client requirements, offboarding and terminations - Knowledge of benefits administration and enrollment process - Administrative skills managing personnel records, spreadsheets, and data input...Excel and databases are your friends!
