InMobi is looking for an HR Generalist to support the North America People team who will be involved in a wide array of talent management practices, driving operational excellence and building an empowering employee experience. In partnership with the North America Business Partner and Operations team, you will support the full spectrum of the People function, including talent management, employee engagement, operational excellence, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, and partnerships with our COE teams. • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to derive key actionable insights.
