We are growing rapidly and seeking a detail- oriented, self-directed Human Resources Assistant to join our team! This is a great first position for someone looking to build a career in human resources since it involves interaction with all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will have education and/or experience in human resources as well as some work experience in an office setting. Primary responsibilities include tracking employee information for compliance, assisting with recruiting efforts through advertising, reference checking, coordinating onboarding and new hire orientation, assisting with employee appreciation activities and employee events for our 300+ employees, as well as assisting with special projects.
