Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager with experience in manufacturing to be a Trusted Advisor to the management team in support of all areas of HR to include: Recruiting, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, FMLA / LOA administration, Workers Compensation management, employee record keeping, performance review management & administration, training & development, payroll administration and specialized HR programs and projects. You rise to the challenge: You can analyze even the toughest situations, with your deep understanding of HR law, regulations and practices you make recommendations on how to best handle each challenge. Strategic vision: Taking charge of all HR related situations and delivering high quality service is in your DNA; you will also look for ways to take the company to the next level by recommending and implementing new programs that support growth and enhance employee engagement. • Manage payroll processing through Paychex. • Great verbal and written communications skills; willing and able to have challenging discussions.
