General Description: As a Human Resources Specialist you’ll collaborate with the HR team to advance Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) programs and processes. Additionally, you’ll help foster outreach and communication to the PLU community by assisting your HR team with events, workshops, production of written communications and maintenance of the department websites. • Onboard new staff. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Coursework or previous experience in Human Resources.
