Facilities Management at the University of Maryland College Park seeks a Cross Functional Technical Specialist to support the Central Control Monitor Systems (CCMS) automation of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems across campus. Without a bachelor’s degree, eight (8) years' experience performing similar duties is required. With a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing duties as described above. Specific knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems installation, repair, and maintenance, including DDC controls (Distech, Tridium, and ALC).
