HVAC Marketing Manager

This role blends strategic program development with grassroots outreach to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer loyalty through trusted local relationships and community engagement. Local Marketing Lead Generation & Campaign Execution Plan and execute local promotional events, workshops, and virtual sessions to attract qualified homeowner leads. 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, field/local marketing, community outreach, or sales Experience working in the HVAC or similar industry Strong relationship-building and public speaking skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously Familiarity with social media management, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools Experience working with external marketing vendors or agencies is a plus Relationship-Building & Networking Public Speaking & Event Representation Strategic Program Development Lead Generation & Referral Marketing Localized Guerrilla Marketing Execution Data Tracking & Performance Optimization
